I'm definitely picking up the ps3 version after Xmas, and hopefully a new controller because my wife wants to play too, but I want DLC (we have multiple wii controller sets so that's why we went wii first).
There was, of course, some title cleanup and tag team creation to be done in universe mode, but I don't know how deep I'll get into that. I can actually hit submissions in 12, it'd recognize one of maybe 10, in 13 I hit almost every one. The reversal window is slightly larger and has too soon/too late clues so you know what you're doing wrong. The gameplay is nearly identical, I'm finding, but all the minor issues I had have been tweaked/fixed. Been playing 12 for months and already enjoy 13 more after 2 hours.
